Archaic-mechanical mode
There is a mode of sexual arousal (M.E.S.) which is a variation of the two previous ones called archaïcho-mechanical. The latter requires stimulating the deep and superficial nerves at the same time. Speed and pressure on the genitals or muscle contraction increase along with sexual arousal. Just like the previous M.E.S., it requires jerky breathing as well as restricted movements in the pelvis. We then find the same strengths and limits, including rapid sexual arousal with difficulty in modulating it and less bodily fluidity. A mode of sexual arousal that has the ability to enjoy greater sexual pleasure, because the variation in stimulation between the deep and superficial nerves is greater.
Wave Mode
This mode is mainly used by women for social and physiological reasons. Men will have a greater difficulty with this mode due to the generally more square movements due to their musculature, which also often represent masculinity in many societies, will have a greater difficulty with this mode. Women through their gestures, their gait and their more curved and fluid posture integrate this mode more naturally.
This M.E.S. uses ample space for the movements of the upper body (neck, head, shoulder, arms) and lower body (pelvis and legs). Breathing is also more generous in this mode than in the others, which allows a significant increase in the sexual pleasure felt. It is possible to stimulate the deep nerves in this mode, but it is most of the time the superficial nerves that are used. The tone of the muscles varies greatly due to the constant and ample movements of this M.E.S. In addition, individuals who are adept at the wave mode often prefer tenderness and slowness, although they also have the ability to accelerate.
This mode greatly appreciated by many due to its ability to feel a high level of sexual pleasure, can be frequently disappointed and frustrated by the level of sexual arousal that never reaches orgasm. In fact, it is the peculiarity of this mode that prevents many men from taming it, because the erection is rarely firm enough to penetrate their partner.
Wave Mode
Finally, the wave mode is advocated by several cultures and sexological foundations. It is considered to have the advantage of channeling sexual arousal into an orgasm while spreading sexual pleasure throughout the body. This mode requires a certain body coordination, an ability to let go emotionally and a good knowledge of one’s body. This M.E.S. is characterized by mainly ventral and deep breathing with an alternation between contraction and relaxation of the pelvic muscles (perineum, glutes and abdominals) having a hip rocking movement. You can increase your sexual pleasure by moving your upper body in a coordinated manner with various movements. Emotional letting go is achieved by a relaxation of the neck muscles which is our body’s automatic response in total surrender.
At first glance, a demanding and tedious mode that requires some practice can discourage many. On the other hand, just as we learn to walk as children, we can learn to modulate and channel our arousal while increasing our sexual pleasure during our debates in bed. This M.E.S. is however not recommended for small fasts because it requires some time to increase sexual arousal to the point of no return!
The modes of sexual arousal all have their particularities, having strengths and dead ends in our sexual fulfillment. The more we tame, the more we can adapt to our situation, explore various sensations and grow in our sexuality. The important thing is to find pleasure in it during exploration and avoid wanting to perform, which leads to frustration and unnecessary anxiety.
